TOUR GUIDE:

N$700.00 per guide per night
The above mentioned rate for guides is a nett rate and includes all meals. (Not drinks)

CHILDREN'S POLICY/ACCOMODATION:

Children 12 years and older pay full price and children under 12 pay half price. 5Year old and under stays free.

FULLY INCLUSIVE MEANS:

Accommodation, Game drive (on the property), Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Laundry.
Drinks not included.
Also note FULLY INCLUSIVE does not include game drives to Etosha National Park.

MEALS AND ACTIVITIES:

Lunch:	N$ 70.00
Dinner:	N$ 200.00
Lunch Packs:	N$ 60.00

Game Drives:

N$300.00 pp (on the property) - Includes Soft Drinks & Beer
Any other liquor will be charged.

DAY TRIPS TO ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK:

PRE-BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL!

N$1750.00 per vehicle per day + N$400.00 per person per day.

Above rate includes entrance into the Park, guide fee and Lunch, as well as soft drinks and beer for the day.

We depart at 08H00 and the trip to Etosha takes about 1Hr 20 min. We return at 17H00.

Please note that we make use of a Toyota Quantum. No open vehicle, because of the distance to the Park.

All rates are quoted in Namibian Dollars and are inclusive of VAT at 15%

PLEASE NOTE THAT ACCOUNTS SHOULD BE SETTLED WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF INVOICE!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

45 - 20 days prior to arrival date - 50%
19 - 10 days prior to arrival date - 75%
09 - 00 days prior to arrival date - 100%
NO shows will be charged in full - 100%

PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS:

Provisional Bookings will only be accepted at the discretion of the lodge and the validation thereof will be indicated on the confirmation. On receipt of confirmed bookings from other operators, the lodge reserves the right to cancel any provisional bookings.
